Returns & Refund Policy

At RunnerVits, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

This policy applies to orders placed directly through runnervits.com.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Free UK Returns

We offer free return shipping on eligible UK returns.

To arrange a return, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

Where an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product free of charge; or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Subscription Orders

For subscription products, we require at least 3 business days’ notice before your next scheduled shipment if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time before the processing window.

If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it will be treated in line with this Returns & Refund Policy.

Purchases from Other Retailers

This Returns & Refund Policy only applies to products purchased directly from RunnerVits.

If you purchased RunnerVits products through another retailer or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly regarding their returns and refund policy.
