7. Shipping and delivery

We currently offer UK delivery in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays, adverse weather, high order volumes or events outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@runnervits.com and we will investigate the issue.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellation rights

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

We offer returns within 90 days of receiving your order, provided products are unused, unopened, in their original packaging and returned with proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Subscription orders

If we offer subscription products, you can manage or cancel your subscription before the next order is processed.

We require at least 3 business days’ notice before your next scheduled shipment if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.

If a subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it will be treated in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
